The C on CENTS likely has a small die chip; however that similar region by the S of STATES looks more like a plating bubble to me. That is my best guess anyway--either spot could be either of those. If it is 2.5 grams, then the issue if probably a plating over zinc dust. Possible die chip on the 'C' though. Rest, I feel is plated over over dust on the planchet. Report this Post to the Staff
