There are 4 doubled ears on Wexlers site,yours looks like the lobe took a hit PMD.

PMD is damage. Post Mint Damage. Yours just got hit on the ear. Worth 1 cent

They do on ebay all the time

But no, PMD just means any damage that took place after the coin left the mint (post-mint damage). It carries no premium unless it's particularly artful like hobo nickels or coin painting.
