Those darker areas look like possible ED.

It's dark toning.

Looks XF to me. The toning probably doesn't show up in the pics as
good as it should. Don't think I would have sent it in for grading,
although I have sent sent it some circs with outstanding toning
just to preserve them.

When toning builds up and starts getting black and crusty, it can detail a coin. Just my opinion.

This a coin where what a TPG would put on it would likely influence buyers more than the coin itself.

Personally I'd grade it at AU-58 with terminal state toning.

Thanks everyone! Not sure if anyone thought I sent it in or not but I didn't. This coin does not have enough luster or value in high grades for me to risk it. Thanks all!
