I see a lot of hits, scratches and stains. Based on your pictures and examples I've had graded, I'd say 62. Are you planning on submitting it?

Agree, MS-62 or perhaps 63.

yeah, it's got a few dings and those stains are that weird milky-ish staining, I see a bit of that on the other W quarter I recently found.

no, I'm not planning on submitting it. for now it's a very decent coin for the 7070, and a lucky find. although, if I did submit it i'd be content with 62.

Did you give it an acetone bath? It might help with those stains a little.
