When Will The $1 George H W Bush Dollar Be Released?

The Red Book indicates a P & D uncirculated and a S proof. I have found articles indicating the coin will be made but nothing about a release date. Report this Post to the Staff

Bush; and (2) an inscription of the year '2020'". So they have to do it, but does it have to be released this year even though the "2020" inscription is mandated? Given the coin shortage and diminished production earlier this year due to various lockdowns, the Mint has other priorities. I'd expect to see this later rather than sooner, but even this year? A coin dated 2020 being released in a future year? Or maybe they would update the year to when the coin is released?
