1978 Dime Error Has A Js Where The State It Was Minted In

I'm looking for someone to help me with a Dime I found while going through my drawer. It seems that there's a stamp of JS where the state of where it was minted in is supposed to be. I know about John Sinnock but I didn't know they put his initials on a Dime. Never seen a Dime like this before or knew that they even minted them like that.
