You may want to consider buying coins over $200 in a TPG holder until your grading skills improve on identifying cleaned coins. A good starting place is to learn what original skin on a coin looks like.
First, based on the details a fine-12 or vg-10. Personally, I consider all circulated coins to be cleaned. So grading also becomes a personal choice. Nice specimen either way, thanks for sharing and the question/advice.
