Just want to make sure I'm seeing this right. Is this a 1983 spitting eagle? It was defiantly well loved.

The "spitting eagle" is associated with a die crack near the eagle's beak I don't see a die crack in your photo, maybe it's just your photo or it isn't there, but as presented, I don't see a "spitting eagle" here.

Ok Thanks! There is a faint line there. I tried to get a good picture of it, but couldn't get a great angle on it.

Here is another closer view. I may be just seeing a scratch and wanting it to be something. hahaha Still learning here.

Well they are not die cracks, but a die clash on these spitting eagles.

To me they look more like drooling eagles. But just a clash.
