First, to the CCF!

Next, we need more photos from you in order to help you. We ask for whole coin photos of both sides, then closeups of areas of interest. Some times we hear, "why both sides when my issue is only on one side?" Well, many times there can be signs of problems you may not be a where of that help us address your problem.

Sorry I'm a little tired pics aren't as good as they could be definitely has little blisters in the plating and over polishing on the reverse with a little bit of nasty junk definitely isn't as clean as I'd like

The coin has environmental damage to it.

Looks like the centers of the devices flattened out and creates a wrong illusion. Just not a coin to keep as the zinc is probably exposed and will start to rot. Just a normal bad coin.

Looks like some kind of caustic material was on the obverse of this coin eating the surface a little bit.

Environmental damage, and possibly some Die Deterioration (causing the linear device 'dimples' on the date and mint mark).
