1964 D Washington RPM Or OMM I Can't Find What Variety, Any Ideas?

Me and my wife picked up 2 rolls of quarters today and we got lucky enough to find a quarter that has a pretty clear doubled mint mark but we can't find out what variety it is.
Anyone know which one it could be?

Needs a closeup but looks like MD and damage.

Just Machine Doubling, but still worth the silver content! Nice find.

I agree, Machine Doubling. Lots of wear and tear on undiscovered silver.
