1983 Lincoln Cent-Die Cracks Everywhere!

I was digging through some random stuff on my desk again and came across this 1983 Lincoln Cent that I had originally put aside because of the cracked skull, but I looked at the reverse this time and found four more die cracks! My question is, are the die cracks in pictures 3 and 4 considered RIDBs? Report this Post to the Staff
