It is in a great spot (high on the coin and close to the edge) for another coin to roll over it and leave only this impression.

Also it looks like there is a little bit of Coinciding damage on the reverse.

ok lots of input ,nice. there are no contact marks from any other coin, it is not incuse. it is raised. is it possible it is a counter clash type 2 and just because it is not referenced doesn't mean it is a post mint error. new discovery errors popping up lately. there are around 6 counterc lash type 2 ever referenced fyi.

The photos seem to show incuse (sunken) letters. If this is a photographic illusion and they really are raised, then I would have to re-assess.
Error coin writer and researcher.
