Found this in a large lot of world coins--was in an old 2x2 sealed with rusty staples. A fun discovery. The photos aren't quite vertical--just quick shots from my cell phone, not my usual set-up.

Always fun to find. This would be LC-9A3 when medal orientation or LC-9A4 with coinage orientation.

Where LC-9A4 is actually a litte scarce
