This has a nice antique "crust" to it, so to me, good eye appeal. As to grade, at least XF-40, possibly getting into the AU range.

I see XF sharpness, sharply struck with EDS dies. Obverse looks less worn than reverse. The surface color looks odd and may be artificially toned but I don't see ED on the surfaces.

No one else is questioning authenticity? I note how fat and mushy everything on the reverse is, the porous texture everywhere, the top of the 1 in date is wrong. It looks like a cast counterfeit to my eyes.

I'm not sure why you're comparing with a replica coin clearly stamped COPY. It has the same problems yours does. Compare this VF35, note how scalloped the top of the 1 is on a genuine coin, and the detail in the hair curls even on a well-worn example. hibid.com isn't any better than ebay at vetting their coins.
