The 2019-W Lincoln Cent (mintage of 346,117) is significantly more rare than the 1909-s VDB Lincoln Cent (mintage of 484,000).

Do you think that the 2019-w Lincoln Cent will appreciate significantly in price in the long-term?

I'll say no also, only because unlike the '09 S VDB the 2019 W was not put into circulation, it was minted with the collector in mind. Most people who have them either sent them off to get slabbed and put in a box, the others kept them in the original plastic bag and envelope and put those in a box for safe keeping, the rest were put up for auction..

I believe the 1919W is a zincoln, which means unless properly stored they will slowly rot away. A hundred years from now, they may be extremely rare in top grades.
