Won this set at auction a few months ago and am very pleased to have it.

I have been trying for a number of years to complete a silver blank planchet set of Canadian coins.

Weights all match the catalog values.

Is it worth getting them all graded and encapsulated for protection?

Why would you want to spent the money to get them graded,
they are well protected and displayed in their present holder

Congrats, it displays nicely in a capital holder.

If you really want to challenge yourself, try finding a large cent blank planchet for that collection.

Or, duplicate it, but with Type 1 blanks.

Thanks everyone! I will probably leave off trying for a type 1 set... it took me upwards of 6 years just to get the 50 cent and silver dollar blanks.

As for a large cent blank? Not very likely unless I get very lucky.
