I don't know why I manage to find these sorts of things on dimes when they are my least searched coin(under a loupe or scope)

Sorry about the screen photos but it's really hard to capture these through the Loupe but I will try.

There is a die crack going straight though the ropes and there is a second die even to the east of the big die crack(I'm not sure what it is) it's definately raised but it's just a small spike looking thing.

The full coin photos both die events are visible, I'm more curiouser about the small spike then the big crack butler me know if you have seen this one before.

SPP, you had knowledge in the last one I posted that was a little odd for a die crack, what do you think of this one? Also weirdly enough with the cracks this dime does not have the filled H that many 2019 dimes have making them just a square.

In case you can't see it, the die crack/cracks? The bigger one goes from the bottom of the first sail up and then through the ropes and connects with the first top sail, the second die event is slightly to the east of the top of the first die crack. They are both visible even on the full shots, I'd circle it if I could lol

Better photos.

I apologise to the mods about my auto correct the system must be working well if possible let me know what post of mine, if on this post idk what my auto correct was doing but it's never auto corrected to a curse word, I appreciate the quick response as well.

Hope someone enjoyed the info it looks like it's pretty close to a RIDB. the large crack splits into two and looks like it will connect. I'm not sure if the small die crack is connected but it's a fairly cracked die considering the cracks are all in a central area and high points.

Seems like most Canadian collectors only care about the "old". New becomes old and then ancient, I care more about the information(which is pathetic on Canadian coins post 1968) compared to other countries.

What matters? What's collectable? What might be rare or sought after?...no one can know. I just like to share the finds I get that are interesting.

Good eye. You have much more patience than I when it comes to examining 10c coins.

What would be cool, is finding other coins that mark the progression of the die failure.

I haven't been doing roll hunting for a couple months for the most part(other then when I manage to find a bank with cent rolls. The dime was just a pocket change find that I found interesting. I keep these just cuz they could be useful. This one's not in CAC and it's not that small either(considering the size of a dime) it's visible with the naked eye which I always like with these sorts of die issues.

It would be cool to find a similar EDS or an even later die state if this continued to grow. I'll definitely share any if I find them, hopefully in a little while I'll have more free time. I got my son's bday next weekend he will be 2 , weekend after that I'll be up in Haliburton for my first little break from normal life, then on the 7th I leave for Eswatini for 2 weeks with my fiance and son..... Not gonna be a fun 22+ hour flight with a 2 year old Sorry to anyone on the flight. Once I get back I should have some more free time. In also thinking of going off night shift, it hasn't been great and now I'm working in the OR and I prefer not to

Thanks for the comment SPP and sorry about the whole breakdown of my schedule lol. Iv just been very busy
