Found this penny thought it was paint on it at first but after rubbing it with nail polish remover which I realized was a mistake now it did not rub off noticed on the sides and edges it also is Blended in the coin as well does not stick to a magnet there's a spot on here that looks like a seven from a nickel and it looks like nickel color wondering if anything like this has ever come up from 1970 or any other gate as well I have to get you a weight that's exact but it's a little under 3gs need to get a better scale. Just wondering if anybody has any knowledge all is welcome thanks for having me and I'll have a great day

It looks to be a single-sided plated cent done after leaving the mint.
