found this 1955 penny crhunting in decent condition, a blotch on the N on the reverse but a good hole filler I think

that coin is over 65 years old, I wonder if in 1955 it was possible to find bright Indian Head cents from 1890 in rolls

With the spot on the reverse and the two spots on the obverse along with the scratch makes it a spender to me. Might be a die clash under the neck?
