I would still like to see that '55, as the OP only stated that one coin is 180 degrees out - that and the indication that they are from the U.S. they should know what the proper orientation should be. (but I could be wrong).
No mint mark means Philadelphia and all US coins are struck with a 180° rotation between the obverse and reverse so that when flipped end over end the image will still be right side up. This is called coin alignment (as opposed to medallion alignment when they are oriented the same way).
