I think I accidentally deleted this post my bad!
It looks like some die breaks or cracks (I'm not sure which) on his neck I cant seem to get a pic that shows what it actually looks like thats not blurry #129318;#8205;#9792;#65039;Also I think George is drooling...?

But is George drooling or am I wrong there too..? Is it just me or is the drooling george on quite a few qtrs...?

Not my area,but I do not see any drool. From what I have been reading, the drooling George is kinda common.

Possible slight amount of grease on the hair and Que area. Not a plus for this coin though. (Grease caused the weakness on that area of the die)

Drooling George is a made-up name for die chips from people that are trying to separate you from your money. They are a die event that as John1 stated are very common. The neck looks like scratches.
