Constans II would be a good starting point for your research.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

This one is also Goodwin type E (standing emperor/ cursive m); Album 3504. Goodwin's categories are very broad, assigning the coins to a Byzantine prototype. In the case of this and the first coin today, earlier issues of Constans II.

@Kushanshah, thanks for help. I don't have Goodwin's book and I couldn't find any info about it on the Internet but maybe you know when this type was minted?

There is basic coverage of the Arab-Byzantine series in Stephen Album's Checklist of Islamic Coins, which will answer your questions including dating and Goodwin types. A free pdf version of the current (3rd) edition can be downloaded at the author's website: https://db.stevealbum.com/php/home.php
