@rai, well the tops of the letters are just at the edge so there might be a slight premium over face value. Best is to check eBay sold listings for an idea of what this might sell for as well.

Sorry, no premium. Worth a nickel. As mentioned, it's not off centre enough to be of collector interest.

IMO the mis-aligned die (MAD) is not significant enough to have any collector premium. Value is 5 cents.
