Let me try and give this a shot. I'll leave color out as I have not studied details on how to judge that.
I will venture to say that the soft strike on the obverse is typical for the die of that year.
All marks are minimal hairline type and not in focal areas but there are enough on the reverse to hold this to MS66. The mark by one I believe do not show up as much in hand. The marks on cent and the column are the main areas of reduction.
Great coin by the way! I can only imagine it looks great in had and BT has provided excellent photos of the details without capturing the toning.
