2009 Possible Strikethrough Or PMD?

But as the line is not as strong, but not affecting the other side of the coin. So I feel it is a struck through. The second clue was then ending. So not looking like damage. Nice find. Seems like the lower portion of the letter T is shifted to the West.? I clearly see the Objects path, The Flow has Not affected the base of the letter R, I would expect more imprint on the lower portion of the R. Thanks For Sharing OP..... Nice Eyes Nice Find.
