Found this week going through change. The E in Dime is very faint and stood out to me as ONE DIM. I'm thinking a little strike through. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.

Yes I agree with your assessment--struck through a little bit of grease. Since the cost of ownership is so low, you could save it until a better example comes around or else spend it as @dear mentions.
