So I came across this 1992D penny, I haven't met a penny like this or seen really first look I thought it was maybe car lot coin, but then I decided to take a closer look and it looks like this coin is maybe mint damage or an error coin with, possibly strikethroughs doubling,and misaligned die to possibly? Way to new at this to think o know what I'm looking at, but it feels like this left the mint like this.

Nothing of the sort.
It is just a badly damaged coin that happened after it left the mint.
There is nothing there that would indicate that it happened during the striking of the coin.

'Parking lot' post-strike damage. Obverse is showing a minor misaligned die.

Why so many duplicate images? One obverse and one reverse is sufficient.

Yes, a couple of pics would have been enough.

I generally list my parking lot coins for $25k on ebay. I reserve the $50k for my prestine examples. #128526;

Your first instinct was the correct one, a parking lot coin. No errors, simply post mint damage.
