Hi everybody I am new to this site but I do have a question on a 1964 Jefferson nickel I am not sure if it is damage or if it's an error a punctures all the way through to the other side of the nickel to the back it's a circular puncture and I've read in the past people have said damage by BB but it seems to be on other coins as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Happy hunting

No one will be able to help without a clear photo of both sides.
We would just be guessing otherwise.
Looking forward to seeing what you have.

Hard to imagine how that could have happened at the mint, but you need to post a picture to get an expert here to give an answer.
