2010 Silver Eagle (Early Release) -> Gouge On REV By Right Shoulder

First, TIA for helping. I am a new here. I have been collecting for a while, but only recently came into some slabbed Silver Eagles that I took a look at.

I have a run of ten (graded MS70 by NGC, go figure) that all show a virtually identical gouge on the REV on the banner near the eagle's right shoulder. I tried to capture in different lighting - when the lighting/reflections are low I can make out what appears to be an impression under the material that has been removed. Two of them also have a mark on the shield. I presume these are big nothings (not an error, machine created, etc.) but I would like to know how to classify them.

(I did not rotate the pictures of the close ups because it was easier to see, at least for me, the "line" details in the area of removed material)
