Lol no. You found a badly impaired proof. Still a nice find, but I don't even know how you could think this is a DCAM when it has so many naked eye visible scratches.

No, but it is a nice circulation find impaired proof. Likely grades PR55 range - DCAM requires pristine surfaces.
