Went thru my first two boxes, ever and found, two, 67s. No machines here that are free and no papers. I planned with the bank to take them in loose. Mgr goes in back with a teller to check my 2x500 count. Supposedly I shorted myself two coins. Chatting with nice teller. They were slow and wrapping up for 6;00. I ask about unusual stuff. Starts looking thru her small till and while watching her, young eyes ,scanning dates; I no sooner say to look at edge for a solid grey line and she says " here's one" during the dime compartment. Righttttt I say and think. Holy Rosey I look and its a 48. She takes my quarter and hands it over with a nickle. Said she was sick and I was happy with the dime loss, either way.

So to make a long story short: You found 2 - 67 Kennedy halves while searching 2 boxes and got a 1948 Dime from the tellers till but she shorted you a dime in change.
Sounds good -Almost "free" silver!

Yes it was kind of great in a small potatoes way but was upset at the incorrect count. I wanted to get in and out and not make a mistake but this worked out. Need to get empty rolls. I was planning on quitting searching but the teller said to not give up.
