1900 Morgan NGC MS-63 DDR VAM-11 Is The Variety, But What Do You Call The Obverse "Thing"?

Hello Everyone, I hope the evening is going well... here is a nice little 100% Original surfaces and toning pick-up; I'm sure it's a VAM-11: Double Arrows and Wing. What I'm not sure of is that "line" seen from 8:00 to 4:00 on the obverse, plus some line mishigas going on under the eye. What do you think caused them? All opinions are very welcome!

Seems likely to be roller marks, including the parallel line just below the eye. Much deeper than the typical roller line, but I can't imagine NGC would have straight graded it if they thought it was damage.

Zurle: I was thinking along those lines (sorry...); just making sure that it isn't lamination-doesn't look like that was the cause, but I'll always ask
