The glaring/reflection on the photos is from the plastic, coin still in the plastic mint set. A lot better in person, and it looks like a rat. What is this? Thank you, coin community.

It sure looks like a Die Chip. A Die Chip is a piece from the die that chips away. It will leave raised blobs on the coin.
