See the spike above "YE" of the YEAR and also a similar spike exactly opposite to it at the other end of the coin to the right side of the number 1. What type of error is this?

@fod, your picture is a little hard to interpret, but it seems like these are Cuds as they involve the rim. With that said, most (or maybe all?) of the Cuds I've seen lack these sharp spikes that your coin seem to exhibit. I'll be interested to see what others think.

When my pictures look like this it's because the camera lens on my phone is dirty.

They could be Cuds, but we need much clearer pictures to determine what's going on.

I know this is not a significant error but still if I find a right collector how much premium can I expect from selling it ?

Assuming that these are Cuds, which again isn't certain as the shape seems different from what we normally see, I don't think that there will be much of a premium on the value. Best is to keep this tucked away in a 2x2 as an interesting example.
