My vote is F12 for details. I'd be a bit concerned about the discolorations, especially the greenish spot by S in CENTS. This coin could be developing a corrosion problem. You can't fix any damage that may already have occurred but an acetone dip followed by careful storage in a moisture-free environment could be helpful.

What distinguishes it as this grade is the weak L in liberty on the obverse and the weak E PLURIBUS UNUM on the reverse.
