2 weeks ago I decided to start on a Walking Liberty half short set ('41-'47). Went to a show the weekend and found some earlier dates at reasonable prices so I decided to move my start date up a bit  Just wanted to post some pics of my progress. Agreed! These are nice! This set is my favorite, but since my budget is quite small it's going to take a while. Oh well I'm having fun with the hunt!

All those in two weeks? Must be nice to have that much money. Some really nice looking coins there and a bit on the expensive side in that grade.

One of my favorite designes. I need to put some updated pics. I have completed the '39-'47 short set and have aquired a few pre '39's. I now lack only the: 33-s34-d 34-s 35-s 36-s 37-d 37-s38-d If anyone has any of these dates in XF-AU they want to get rid of let me know. Edited by jokingjoker

jokingjoker, I just linked to this from one of your other posts and wanted to say that it is a beautiful set! Hopefully I can start working on a Walking Liberty short set in similar grades once I get a few other sets wrapped up.
