Hello,
This coin or token/medal was made into a flat button. There is a picture on your site its the first I've seen in 9 years of searching, any help would be appreciated as this type of stuff kills me. In the same location I found many early large cents 1798, 1808, 1804 and many cobbs and realles. Thank you. Jim

The one in the other thread only had one side, too; I suspect it was made as a button or badge.

i,ve scoured my reference books and I haven't found any info on this item, I can only assume that it is a model coin from some obscure source.
