Hi! I've recently regained interest in Coin Roll Hunting, and I figured I might as well post my results online. Feel free to comment if you wish :) .

Today's haul was 600 pennies from Independent Bank in Carson City, MI. (That's a lot, right? :P). They were bank-rolled, some NF String, some shrinkwrapped (Brinks, maybe).

The results:

4 Wheat cents (0.67%):
1930-S, F-12, corrosion.
1941, VG-10.
1941, VF-20.
1951-D, F-12.

10 Canadians (1.67%):
1959
1963 (3)
1966
1970
1980
1987
1992
2000

2 new US dates:
1930-S, 2009 Log Cabin

Thanks for looking! :)
I'll update as I go along.

Yeah, I did

I was hoping that I would eventually do nickels and dimes, too, and keep running averages of finds. I figured it would be easier if I started my own thread..

No problem with starting your own thread, especially if you want to combine denominations like that.

Carson City is a small town in mid-Michigan with a population of about 1500. However, it does have 4 gas stations, 2 banks, and a credit union. This is where I've done all of my CRH in my 18 year old life.

I've found everything from Indian Head pennies, steel cents, random Franklin halves. I once had a Mercury dime literally roll up to me in a school hallway!

However, in a couple months, I'll be off to college, so maybe then we'll see the differences between urban and rural CRH

Assuming I have funds, that is lol
