2010 Looks like error to me on the letter T & E at the very top of the T and E a mark like this --- straight line going across.

The devices look normal sized. Maybe a slight die movement during the strike left a line?

Are you talking about the highest point of relief ON the T and ON the E?
If so this looks completely normal.

But I would trust coop first

These are double struck coins, somebody else pointed out a similar doubling on their Hot Springs coin. Not a true DDO or DDRs, but from the second strike not quite lining up with the first. Fractions of a millimeter off at most.
