Hey, so I am trying to complete a Washington quarter set,and I am considering getting the 1950 d/s and s/d if the prices are right. So I was wondering how much I should pay for a 1950 d/s F12 washington, graded by Anacs. Numesmedia has it valued at 48$, is this a good price to buy one at?

Thanks for any opinions/ help

Cherrypicker's guide has $150 for EF-40 and doesn't go into lower grades, but keep in mind that most price guide have inflated values (at least in my opinion, other's obviously differ). I would say to pay whatever you feel comfortable paying, since varieties are rarely as well tracked via mintage and such as regularly struck coins. I think this is one of the better quarter OMMs, so I might say if it is easily visible in F-12, maybe $30-45, is my opinion.

I think it might be tough to find one in such a low grade in a slab
