In the slew of coins that were left to my family to sort, I found this coin. Is it worth anything more than the silver melt price? I know its dirty, but its not too badly worn, can you offer a general grading?

Electorate of Bavaria, 3 kreuzer KM#660 with the effigy of elector Maximilian IV Joseph. The man was raised to the rank of king (and Bavaria to kingdom) by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1806. (0.333 silver content; weight 1.35 gram)
Krause gives a catalog value of 90 $ in fine

Im just curious tho, what type of grading would someone give this? Fair?
