I found this in my collection and it's still protected by the bag it's in. I hope the pictures turn out. I think it might be an MS grade, but not entirely sure. If better pictures are needed, I'll do my best to get them.

Looks like I need better pictures. I'll take some more and see if they turn out.

If that is a red stripe on the packaging that I see, then it is from a cello cut out of a Mint Set.

It is a mint State Quarter and it falls between choice and near gem. the hairline scratches on the obverse are typical. I think MS-63/64 is probably where this coin is.

Rev. is gem grade but Obv. has to many hits to it.
Might slide in at a 63 if net graded. If not a 62
