Is that a scratch coming down the hairline about one o'clock? There is also a nice dimple on the shoulder area. Looks like it was struck with a ball pen or something. Heavy gouge left of the dome on the reverse. These marks may keep it from a high MS. Would have to see the possible scratch across the hair better, if it is one. With those I would say MS61-63.

Just my opinion.
