1982-D-Lincoln-Error?

Found this cent today. I've never quite seen anything like it. Anybody else seen so many errors at once? The R in liberty, the mint mark, the "98", and even a bit below the cameo. How does this happen? and how rare is it?

Split plating is the cause of the zinc rot.
