Looks like the toning is covering lots of hairlines on the obverse so it's likely cleaned at some point and would not make a problem free grade
Die clash on the reverse unless that's a deep scratch running above the E in DIME
Overall EF details IMO

VF reverse, EF obverse. Cleaned, and is that PVC on the reverse rim at about 4 o'clock?

I'd grade it VF-20 details, although it could make VF-30 details. I think there is some PVC damage on the reverse as well wheatchaser140.

I would say EF-40 Details. Looks like it's had a cleaning but nothing harsh.
