I'm leaning towards a Grease Filled Die.

T - Grease Filled Die, very common and not collectable unless a lot of the design features are missing.

S - Probably PMD.

grease on the t

the S is like that on the bottom on alot of examples I seen from this date I went through a bunch of rolls looking for the inverted mm and a high percentage had a space between the ball or straight serif and a bunch had the mint mark go on a angle into the coin like it was misaligned on angle.

there is also a inverted mint mark for that date with separated ball serif which that is not there was also master die doubling on nose, lips, chin, throat, chest and bow tie.
