This is pretty piece, but I'm sorry to say it isn't real. The bust depicts Faustina II, but the piece is some type of cast medallion. I don't think it's a Paduan, but all the same it has a nice look piece.

Wow, so if this turns out to be an actual Paduan and not a later reproduction it's going to have some value. In any event it is well made. It would be nice to know if it is a 16-17th century piece. You can contact the British Museum via there web site and arrange to have the piece examined or you can take it to a museum in your area and they might be able to help.
