1983 P Jefferson With Clashed Die?

My thoughts ... The reverse shows a clashed die, but I also see polish lines that were from the die to take care of some of the worst parts of the clashed die. The obverse shows no signs of a clashed die, so the obverse die was changed. This sound right?
