Note the mark on the rim? It may have caused contact with the device on the mint mark, or very light MD. I don't see any evidence on the other devices. So I'm thinking it is not a RPM. Sorry

late reply here, but thanks for the input coop! just starting to throw some mintmarks under the new scope so I'm just starting the learning curve on RPM's.

they have a great free ebook on variety vista it comes in handy for me to check jefferson rpms and to also see the different types of doubling.
