it don't look like any of the md that I have already seen, or what was shown/explained to me on here. I'm just wondering if this is doubling? I'm talking about his collar, it has the regular collar and then a second one just to the left.

Probably remain clash marks or polish marks:

The thought came to me this week that the die clashes are probably the reason for the minor rotated dies. So the die may have rotated some and left a clash mark a little lower on the Adams apple.
